It was established in 1990. With the growth, the company today is the biggest company in Nepal occupying not less then 60% of the total market share in the field of fabrication of control panels for various applications. Today the Company is engaged not only in the fabrication of electrical control panels but also executes various other projects related HV and LV power supply, Industrial control, Energy Auditing, Micro-hydel Load Controllers, Fire Alarm and Protection System, Capacity building programs etc. in turn- Key basis.
