Our Production Practices
We try to involve our customers right from the designing
stage. The customers or their electrical engineer or technician
will know right from the beginning what shape the product is
going to take and most importantly how the product is going to
meet their requirement. This also automatically ensures that
there is no communication gap between our valued clients and us.
At the same time, the customers can get a feeling that every
rupee that they are going to invest in the products are
worthwhile investment.
We have trained our people to be vigilant in ensuring best
possible quality. We do not ignore any activities. Even simple
activities whether it be handling of the components or
tightening of the screws and nut bolts or laying of the busbar
jumpers and cables, are extremely important at our place. Every
worker in the factory is encouraged for pointing valid quality
lapses irrespective of whoever has committed it and serious
effort is made not to repeat such lapses in the future.
Our Vender Policy
We recognize that sourcing of materials and components have a
bearing on timely delivery and product quality. Therefore, we
have developed and maintained over the years a network of
contacts based on trustworthiness in terms of quality and timely
delivery of components. Longer association with our trusted
venders has, in a way, saved us from unwarranted worries about
the supplies even during the difficult times (e.g. natural
disasters, political upheavals etc.). This has definitely
provided us a leverage against our competitors.
